else. In dealing with us, you will receive sincere, one-hundred-percent
effort in locating your missing someone.

business license number 7192 (1997-98).
We have resided in Washington State since 1967, and in Yakima/Union
Gap since 1975. We are no fly-by-night operators. Sometimes we get behind
but we don't cheat you. You can count on us
being here in the future if you should have a problem.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO LOCATE SOMEONE?
(all amounts are US$)
Although there are services which offer searches for $25 to $50, they
will give you a listing of listed phone numbers and you must take it from
there. That doesn't help much.
For counseling, our charge is $250.
This is for three years of phone counseling. You pay for the phone calls. If
you are diligent in your efforts and still have not been successful, we may
extend that time limit.
For searching, the minimum charge is $200.
(However, if you already have a valid Social Security number and birth
date of the subject, We can sometimes locate someone for $100.) The charge
goes up depending upon the information you have to start. Each case is
different and unique so charging a fixed rate would over-charge some while
under-charging others.

If you wish, we will discuss your situation by phone (one-time, 15
minutes maximum) at no charge. You will be billed fifty cents per minute for
all time exceeding fifteen minutes, if you decide to not use our services.
So be organized and have your questions ready.
In the example below (in the following FAQ), the charge for
locating the Canadian father was $850. It was said, "Finding him was
worth a million dollars!"
In cases of locating people in adoption cases (usually the most
expensive), the charges will usually run $600 and up.
However, unlike some other searchers, all information we acquire in
the searching done for you, becomes your property and does not have to be
repeated at a later time, should the person not be located the first try,
or you decide to hire someone else.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO LOCATE SOMEONE?
This depends upon how much information you presently have on the
subject to be located. People have been found within a few hours, others
have taken two or three years. Usually, our clients have more information
than they think they have.
Here is an example: A lady, who was a product of an extramarital
affair in Los Angeles in 1966, came to us seeking her birth father.
This is what she knew - his (somewhat uncommon) name, that he was a
Canadian, that he was a young military man at the time of
conception, that someone with his given and surname divorced (in
the LA area) a woman four years after her conception and that
he was supposed to have returned to Canada.
Three months later, we located the lady's father in Nova Scotia, Canada.
She has since been there to meet her father, three half-brothers and several
aunts, uncles and cousins.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
At this time, payment by money order is the only method of payment
allowable. Personal checks are acceptable, but must clear (10 days) prior to
the start of searches - as charges are payable in advance.
WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW ABOUT SOMEONE YOU ARE
SEARCHING FOR?

I'M NOT SURE I REALLY WANT TO LOCATE THIS PERSON. SHOULDN'T I WAIT UNTIL
I MAKEUP MY MIND?
The answer is "No." The reason is that every day you wait to start
your search, is one more day you will have to back-track and one more day
of a "cold trail" in locating someone. It is much, much easier to keep
up with someones location, than it is to locate them the first time. The
older the trail, the higher the cost (in time and money). After your
someone is located, then is the time to decide to contact them or
not.
I REALLY WANT TO FIND THIS PERSON, BUT I'M SCARED TO DEATH OF
THEIR REJECTION OF ME SHOULD I BE SUCCESSFUL. CAN YOU HELP?
Yes we can. In the above case of the Canadian father, we acted as a
go-between for the first week or so. This was to protect the daughter
from someone we didn't really know much about, and, to protect the father
from disturbing his existing family and giving him time to properly
inform them of his 28-year-old daughter. This gave the father the
opportunity of adjusting his emotions and setting up some plan of action
without fear of family interruption. For such as this, we charge only for
our time, postage and phone calls. If there seems to be psychological
problems, We will refer all parties to professional counseling.
I AM FEMALE AND DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY MALE SUBJECT. HE
COULD BE A WEIRDO OR KOOK OR SOMETHING. YET, I WANT TO FIND HIM WITHOUT
JEOPARDIZING MY SAFETY. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?
Anytime a female is searching for a male or visa-versa, we will not
give out identifying information about either party until both are in
agreement to the mutual contact. This is for the security of all
involved. Usually what happens is we forward mail for both parties until
they give each other their personal information. Other than postage,
there is no charge for this service.
I AM LOOKING TO REUNITE BIRTH-PARENT WITH THE CHILD. WHAT
ARE THE ODDS THAT, IF LOCATED, THE REUNION WILL BE FAVORABLE?

DO YOU DO WORLD-WIDE SEARCHES?
No. We specialize in the USA but will follow trails to other
countries in some cases.
THE PERSON I'M LOOKING FOR HAS CHANGED THEIR IDENTITY

a person. However, success is not frequent. After these checks have

What we are doing here is gambling with you that we can locate your subject. Our charge will be higher to cover the "no-finds." If
we find the person, it will cost you more. If we don't find the
person, it will cost you only 33 percent (35 percent if you use the
payment plan).
