Instead of the government serving the people, the government is servicing the people while handcuffing their hands to their ankles.

These "masters" of the disabled, receive an annual income of about seventy (70) times that of their subjects; sometimes much more; while all these disabled subjects have special needs that are higher than the average non-disabled persons.

How these bureaucrats sleep is beyond understanding until you realize they have no conscience. Their prosperity depends upon not allowing their reason for existance to decline or otherwise escape their clutches. They are totally without love or compassion.
