The goal is for you to figure out:
1) What time period it is or was true
2) In what country in the world this group
of people reside or resided.
As an extra challange, you might try to:
3) Figure out who the "certain group" is.
The "certain group," individually, must report to their
government agents, in writing, within ten days or less, all changes
in conditions regarding Everyone In Their Household.
1) A change in income of any amount.
2) Move or change a mailing address.
3) The rent or house payment changes.
4) There is a Marriage, Divorce or Separation.
5) Someone moves in or out of the household, even for
as short as a day.
6) Anyone in the household gets sick.
7) Anyone in the household is unable to work due to any reason.
8) Anyone in the household gets pregnant or delivers a baby.
9) Anyone in the household has a planned or spontaneous abortion.
10) Anyone in the household has a change in medical insurance coverage.
11) Anyone in the household receives a gift of any kind.
12) Anyone in the household receives a loan of money or merchandise.
13) Anyone in the household receives child support.
14) Anyone in the household receives an automobile of any vintage.
15) Anyone in the household receives real estate via purchase, gift or will.
16) Anyone in the household receives one or more shares of stock.
17) Anyone in the household receives one or more bonds of any kind.
18) The total resources of the household exceed the equivalent of US$2,000.00 (US$3,000.00 if any household member is 61 years of age or older).
19) Anyone in the household receives a change in income of the equivalent of US$25.00 or more.
20) Anyone in the household starts or quits a job.
21) Anyone in the household starts or quits educational training.
22) Anyone in the household gets a new government I.D. number.
23) Anyone in the household buys, sells or trades a resource.
In addition to the above:
If any household member receives any of the following funds, it must
be reported and given (in total) to the government:
24) Any compensation for "pain & suffering" due to a NO FAULT accident.
25) Any compensation for vehicle damage due to a NO FAULT accident.
26) Any compensation for hired help due to a NO FAULT accident.
27) Any compensation for supplemental transportation due to a NO FAULT
accident.
28) Any compensation for legal fees due to a NO FAULT accident. (An
exception is made if application to the government for use of a particular
attorney is made and approved in advance of any legal action. Thus, the
government limits the household to the least capable legal counsel.)
29) Any compensation for rehibilation equipment purchased or rented
due to a NO FAULT accident.

ALL: of the above
