Why does most everyone expect something for nothing these days?
Even when educated people know web sites cost a lot of money and time to maintain, you expect everything to be for free.
It is indeed, sad commentary on today's generations.
By default, today's societies are destroying their own communities and yes, cyber communities, by withholding their physical or monitary support.
It's very similar to the high insurance rates everyone must pay because too many people sue for un-godly and selfish amounts for questionable damages.
The "What-can-I-do-to-help" attitude has disappeared, and been replaced with "What-can-I-get-or-take-for-free?".
It's you - the public - who have caused 25 minutes of advertising of every hour, because you wouldn't support public broadcasting.
It's you - the public - who have caused break-neck taxes, because you want so much "for free" from your government.
It's you - the public - who have caused yourself or your neighbor to be out of work, because you wouldn't pay a fair wage (price) for the items you buy, and choose, instead, the cheap products made by slave or otherwise penny-per-hour labor of foreign countries.
The world is indeed, in a self-destruct mode.
