    If you prefer, you may phone us at 509.574.8044 and give us your credit card information over the phone - For phone orders, make your call between noon and midnight Pacific Time - usually available on weekends; same time period. Answering machine may turn on after 4th ring. Remember, the credit card information is only security for immediate processing of your order paid by check. There is no waiting period for money-order payment order or membership.

    All ORDERS will be acknowledged by e-mail within three days (usually 24 hours) of being received by us. If you have not received acknowledgement in an appropriate time, assume we didn't receive your order .

    NOTIFY US by e-mail when sending anything by snail-mail, so we can notify you if we do not receive it in a reasonable time.
